Terms of Service

Eligibility:

I, the Artist, will not accept commissions from anyone under 21. I reserve the right to refuse a commission, or issue a refund and cancel a commission due to, not limited to; - poor communication, inappropriate/ uncomfortable themes, rude or inappropriate behavior, or if the client is found to be a minor.
Pricing:
All prices are BASE PRICES. Complexity, NSFW, props, clothing, and any other additional implementations will add to the final quoted price. My states tax will also be added to the invoice once sent. Payments must be made IN FULL before work is started.

Edits:

The commissioner is allowed 3 free edits/adjustments during the sketch phase. Moving forward, there will be an additional charge of $15 per edit. Failure to provide accurate details such as body shape, clothing, pose etc. in your submission is no fault of the Artist. Any changes after the Sketched Approval will be an additional cost unless there is a mistake due to artist error (I.e. Missing markings, colors).

Cancellations/Refunds:
If commission is to be cancelled, I have permission to use the sketch or idea for a YCH or another means as to compensate. There will be a 50% Refund if the sketch was approved and Line Art was started, 30% refund during Line Art, and No Refund during the Coloring stage.

Permissions:

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens or AI. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI is strictly prohibited.

You agree that by commissioning me for art, as the client, will not alter the commission in any way, shape, or form outside of (cropped) use of icons/banners, and if caught doing so you will be blacklisted and will no longer receive further service from me. This includes coloring any sketch, line art, and making changes to the commission. DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE.

On that note, the client is able to come back and upgrade their art for the next tier at a discount.

By submitting a form for a commission, you, the client, agree to the TOS above.
